Cada vez es más frecuente encontrarnos a personas que se suman a la iniciativa de des-conectrase de sus dispositivos móviles a fin de poder conectar más con el momento que los envuelve.

Un par de ejemplos que podemos traer a colación son aquellos en los que los jóvenes piden evitar grabar contenidos sobre conciertos o eventos a los que acuden; grupos de amigos que al convivir se desafían entre sí a ver quién puede evitar tomar el celular primero; o bien, parejas que exigen más momentos de calidad libres de tecnología. Todos con el propósito de poder “parar y vivir mayormente el momento” en el que se encuentran.

De la pantalla a realidad.

Y es que en una sociedad tan hiperconectada, en donde los momentos sólo existen si pasan a través del registro de un black mirror, estas nuevas prácticas cobran especial relevancia por su naturaleza disruptiva en donde el verdadero desafío recae no en lo obvio; es decir, no en evitar “subir” contenidos a la red, sino en aprender a mirar con otros ojos la cotidianidad de nuestra vida.

Vivir el momento

Lo anterior implica dos cosas. Por un lado, aquellos que buscan liberarse de las ataduras del “posteo, luego existo”; y por el otro, aquellos re-evolucionarios que además de romper este patrón, son capaces de experimentar vívidamente la forma más primitiva y natural del ser humano: la del ser social.
